Volunteers
(02.04.2008) It takes many hands and heads to carry out a conference the size of Tunza 2008. If you live in the Stavanger region, you may still sign in as a volunteer! Due to accomodation shortage we can no longer accept volunteers who would need a bed.

Volunteering at Tunza 2008 is definitely a once in a lifetime opportunity and a big challenge. 1000 participants are coming from 100 different countries!
There will be various opportunities for volunteers to give us a little of their time and involvement. They include
- packing delegate bags ahead of the conference
- setting up information signs at the conference venue and accomodation site
- pick-up services at the Stavanger airport or train station
- staffing the information desk at the airport and at the University of Stavanger
- taking children to workshops and other activities
- being "practical coordinators" at workshops and fieldtrips
- helping to serve meals
- facilitating Action Groups or even workshops
- organising leisure-time activities, like sports and games at the University of Stavanger and at Madla Army Camp
